I know I've been MIA for a while. So bear with me. But as most of you know I write poetry. It's the way I can express my pain frustration about the situation going on and put on paper. Pain could be beauty in a work of art. So how do you release the pain into a masterpiece?
Simple question.
I write poetry also. We should find a way to share some. Infact I am on a forum for depression and anxiety, and a couple of members and I established a thread Creativity when depressed. The contributions are amazing, mostly poetry, some short stories, art. A great way to connect with others in a creative way. Wish we could do something like that on this forum. Maybe we can?
I tend to hold all of my feelings and emotions in because I don't like to cry so I feel myself about to cry or break down I just hold it in.
