I have a question. How can I get rid of my belly fat and gain muscle. I try and try and try and I gain fat and very little muscle. The only bit of muscle, is in my arms. Any advice, will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

there is an app (not sure if it's available in Canada) called "eat this much." you put in your details, and it will tell you what to eat, how much to eat. you'll lose weight and gain muscle.
I know first of all that my weight problem has to do with my meds. And there's nothing I can do about that area. But I do know that you need to be active like walking a lot I do about 5 miles a day. Depending on the weather. I try to eat correctly. I've cut all sugars from my diet.
If I feel I need sugar I will grab an apple or some kind of fruit for the natural sugar. But I've noticed during the winter months I do tend to gain weight but thats due to i hate the winter blues

We all have this issue, I have lost 12 pounds just by cutting down how much I eat. Exercise helps but age is also a factor with me. Sit-ups helps me but I still have a larger waist but with cutting down I have lost about 1 1/2 inches in my waist Pastor David
