It's been 36 years since my early stages of HIV. I don't recall any change to my skin tone except when out at the ⛱ beach and I pick up a tan. Living in Hawaii it's inevitable with the constant sunshine.
It seems as though you are experiencing some confusion on your HIV test result causing you to worry. I suggest that you bring these concerns up with your Infectious disease doctor who will provide you with the correct answers. It seems you're grasping for answers and most of us are ill equipped to answer them.
Either you have HIV or you don't. You don't even know the answer yourself my friend. Talk to your doctor they are schooled in these matters.
I realize you are new here and I am being upfront with you.
1- Have your doctor arrange a real HIV test where both of you can sit and discuss. Sounds as though you had more than 1 test and it reads negative, again causing you to worry.
2- Inform your doctor that you are experiencing body odors, opening a dialogue with your doctor. Do you even take any HIV medications?
3- Also inform your doctor your face changes color even though you tested negative for HIV which is causing you to worry.
4- Talk to your case manager who will also direct you to get some help with these concerns.

I haven't experienced this during my HIV journey but I get a distinctive odor in my piss when I eat asparagus. No body odor though. Do you perspire a lot?
Check your diet something may be causing your symptoms.

I'm wondering what I have I got tested for hiv after 3 weeks it was negative trich chlamydia gonorrhea all negative. She was hov positive older woman 50.

I slept with someone who's hiv positive and the condom broke and they had a really strong smell down there and it's a month later and my semen still smells exactly like. There's I'm on day 4 of ten of antibiotics n it still hasn't started smelling any better

Yes. But I believe is the meds not the HIV itself.
