With no clear guidelines from the CDC, Dr. Faucci and other doctors and scientists being locked out of communicating through the White House, and Trump downplaying the virus, even having just had it, or still has, discouraging masks, holding rallies, threatening states that don't follow his lead by cutting their funding off among a million other things, I'm afraid that a lot of America is confused as to what to do. Don't allow fear to run your life .. as others have said follow social distancing leave your house only when you need to wear your mask when you do wash your hands often and you should be fine this winter season. Also don't forget to get your flu shot. ❤️

Good morning my friend Vernon. please understand that if you take extra care of yourself wash your hands wear your mask and social distance if you have to go out you should be okay the main thing is not to overwhelm yourself because your immune system then will go down due to the stress and you won't be at 100% to even fight something simple like a cold ....so stay strong stay positive and know that you're going to be okay 💋💋💋❤️❤️❤️❤️😍👍

Gabriel I have diabetes, asthma, heart issues plus parts of me are thick .
My tummy, please say prayers for me I live in a small town and some waitstaff have come down with Covid I don’t want to leave my house except for doctors appointments. I’m scared

I also wear my mask whenever I need to go out for something, but spend most the time right here at home. We will get through this and I pray that a good vaccine will be found soon. I also agree that we can not allow fear to run our lives.
