If you are getting too many email notifications, or at least want to cut down on how many you are getting, or do not want to get any at all, here are the steps to follow to get rid of those email notifications:
You can stop getting emails by:
1) Click on the 3 gray bars at the top right.
2) click on settings when the box comes up
3) then click on email settings
