Multi vitamin are great but make sure that you get the right kind. I take over 50 it has iron in it. Talk to your doctor before taking any vitamin because some vitamins interact with HIV meds. I have to take my vitamins in the morning and my HIV at night because the vitamins reduces the HIVs strength always check with your doctor before taking anything.

you will have to go through each ingredient one by one and see if they have an adverse effect to your biktarvy. Some supplements you can NOT take with HIV meds, while other supplements you can not take within 2 or 3 hours of your HIV medication.
