I just watched a video and in the video the guy stated that your cd4 count only raises about 300. Do you agree or disagree with this? Whats your experiences with your cd4 counts.

Members discussed whether CD4 counts can only rise about 300 points, with the overwhelming consensus being that everyone's immune response is different and counts can rise significantly with consistent medication adherence and self-care. Several members shared dramatic personal improvements, including increases from the single digits or double digits into the hundreds or even above 1,000, with many emphasizing that CD4 percentage matters more than the absolute number and that counts naturally fluctuate day to day. A recurring theme was patience and trust in the process, celebrating viral suppression milestones, taking medications religiously without missing doses, and focusing on feeling good rather than obsessing over numbers while they steadily climb.

Everyone is different. I don't think theirs any normal to how our cd4's react. I've heard wild variations. My Dr. has always told me to worry about the percentages not the number.

I spread my 30 day supply of bictarvy out for 4 months because I was stuck in paradise. Then I came back and was still undetectable. My CD4 is 2504.
