I have RA and one doctor wants to try me on a new med that will tear down my immune system. I'm 50 and I know that the RA is getting worse and painful.but the quality of my life right now is ok. I can deal with some pain and I can see the changes in my body not only that I'm the poster child for side effects. do I choose to be pain-free 5 to 10 years or be a little disfigured and live longer

No, but I'll look into it. my RA is in my joints sometimes they hurt in places I didn't even know that there were joints Lol.
