I like hearing others comments/opinions on this app (any genders/all ages) and continue to post questions through out the day of things I think of. I try to think of productive and positive questions.

@A myHIVteam Member, that is a great goal to have! Its a good feeling knowing that your undected. I remember I found out July 4, 2019 when I looked at my blood results online! Good luck with achieving that goal!! You can do it!!
@Lotusnmurkeywaters, Thank you for the response and encouragement to keep posting. I am trying to expand our minds a little to be active for those that want to respond to my posts. All of your goals you've set are good ones and achievable within 90 days! I am here if you need encouragement, as well as peer support if you need it in these 90 days. The last one about your parents is a very personal goal! Congratulations to them!!
Hey @A myHIVteam Member. Keep the questions coming. It’s reminds me of sitting back and chitchatting with my close friends.
Goals for the next 3 months:
- stay on top of my med = undetectable
- working on my overall health.
Finding a therapist for days I may not be myself
Trying to control my cholesterol and hbp (never had these before)
- creating a vision board and journaling
- enjoying the moment
Spending time outdoors, going for a hike, more local trips
- seeing my parents pass the citizenship test. It’s 37 years since we lived in the US and to see them sworn in as US citizens would be awesome.
