Members enthusiastically shared how seasonal changes affect them physically and emotionally, with many expressing that winter is the toughest due to cold-related joint pain, reduced mobility, difficulty breathing, and seasonal depression that makes them want to hibernate indoors. Several members described finding relief and rejuvenation in warmer months, particularly spring and summer, citing benefits like sunshine boosting mood and vitamin levels, the ability to stay active outdoors, and the healing properties of swimming in natural bodies of water. A recurring theme was the importance of staying active through gym memberships or daily walks, dressing warmly, protecting compromised immune systems during cold and flu season, and finding ways to cope with seasonal blues whether through exercise, light therapy, or simply looking forward to the next season.

Hi everyone,,,, I'm definitely a spring and summer baby,,,, I get out more plant my birds of paradise everywhere y'all I love purple and it all over,,,I even try my hand at growing vegetables just something simple I love it to be able to get out of all these clothes I love everything about spring and summer and even autumn,,,,, but fall and winter all I want to do is be out when I have to and that's because of other folks meaning the colds,,, the flu,,,, and let's face it some folks are nasty and our immune system just can't handle nasty so I say this to say what ever the season we must be conscious of our health ❤

I grew up in the Midwest USA so got used to lots of cloudy days during winter months plus the cold and snow. Now that I'm living in Hawaii enjoy winters in the upper 70s and low 80s plus generally lots of sun. Think I'm way better off physically and emotionally living here in particular because I can be more active by walking and bicycling every day. Sun helps my head too :)
