A trigger of seeing something sexual

Okay, I'm just now realizing this this may be my trigger. Everytime I look at something sexual, I get...you know .
For example; my friend posted this stupid thing on Street fighter and has Chun-Li getting screwed by this large guy idon'trememberhisname. And now I want to go to naughty machinae online to watch more hentai, and maybe masturbate.
But this keep on happening to me a lot. Most likely when I see something naughty or sexual in the way.
