Members confirmed that insomnia is a real side effect some experience with Biktarvy and similar medications like Genvoya and Triumeq, though others reported no sleep issues at all. Several members shared that their doctors prescribed sleep aids like Ambien to help manage the problem, while one member described unsettling intrusive thoughts about the past that surface before falling asleep. A recurring theme was that side effects vary widely from person to person, with some finding that symptoms improve after a few days or weeks while others continue to struggle with disrupted sleep and fatigue that affects daily life.

They do. That use to happen to me when I was on sustiva. I had to change due to kidney transplant. There are certain medications I cannot take due to being a kidney transplant patient.
