I've been undetectable for eight years, and there have been a few times that I've had a low count but detectable. My doctor and I always retest and the rest always shows undetectable. There are reasons, missed dosage of medications, you at be pushing something that is creating stress in your body.It can also be time of day or diet change. I do Yoga to start my morning and meditation before bed. We're all here to help each other, thank you for reaching out. Mark

My advice talk yr Dr.
Talk to GOD
Focus on today, here and now
How u excepted hiv when u first found out, the same mental work on self
Let tomorrow come in its meaning one day at a time
Mjhanson shared his testimony, and he kept it simple,
Keeping stress down is good
Don't miss today panicing about tomorrow
Remember hic, aids LIVES with us, we don't live with it
GOD BLESS YOU and yr family, pray, faith , believe, hope, except Christ!!!!

My Dr at the Mayo clinic told me at first, and sometimes all the time, that it's common. I had that, after a year or so, he changed my meds, and it was the right stuff, and has never happened again. That was 18 years ago. Good luck my friend.
