Finances
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

How do you keep up with your monthly finances, and still stay afloat? I can keep up with my monthly bills, and daily living just fine. Then when the doctor bills come along, I just can't handle it all. So then I'm late on paying bills. I get food stamps and go to food pantries, but that's not enough. Sometimes I get help through HOPWA (housing opportunity people with AIDS), but that's only for 3 months. What kind of help do you get to keep afloat every month, that I could possibly look into.

Can Anyone Recommend An H I V Website Meant For Dating And Meeting?
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

There have been current and new members who are very interested in meeting each other. Unfortunately, this is a support group virtual platform. Having said that, there have been couples who have met on here and gone on to get married. But there are existing platforms designed to meet and greet other HIV people too.... can you please share with us, which websites they are?

Do You Have At Least One Month, Or More, Of Meds Stocked Up For An Emergency?
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

Let's face it, emergencies happen. Insurance gets dropped, paperwork isn't filed on time, maybe an error on paperwork. There could be a blizzard, tornado, hurricane, or earthquake making your medicine inaccessible. Maybe you kept reminding yourself to refill your meds and you didn't do it soon enough. Do you have extra medicine to get you by until you can get your next refill?

VA pays for all my meds, no copay
