Has anyone experienced Hot flashes.? I’ve been having them for about 15 years now they last about 30 seconds.

I don't have hot flashes exactly. I have uncontrolled sweating. Anything that heats me up from showers to smoking can cause me to start sweating like a pig. I look like I'm having a hot flash.
