My viral load upon diagnosis was 375,000 and my cd4 was 214. They told me that if my cd4 count went below 200 it would then be considered AIDS.
When I was diagnosed my CD4 was 136 so I have an AIDS diagnosis also. I've had it since 2010 my CD4 has been over 200 since my first year positive but the AIDS diagnosis won't go away no matter what your CD4's do after you're tested. It does not mean you will get SICK. If you take your meds daily you should be okey. Foot pain could be from neuropathy, talk to your Dr about that.
I my numbers were much worse than yours. However once things get under control.your viral load goes down and your cd4 goes up. You are in the immune reconstitution phase.
I'll find out soon.
I'm letting you know they'll tell me.
Recién lo sabré.
Aviso que me dirán.
I hope everything is ok. Please keep us posted!
