Please be mindful - there are currently changes to Florida's HIV policies, namely, Ryan White funding and they are kicking up to possibly 30,000 people off of Ryan White in the state of Florida. People must know about the different changes that affect them, their health insurance, their medications and their health in different states. While NY, SF and a few other places may offer wonderful programs, etc. for PLHIV - there are some states who are very limiting on what they offer PLHIV and can even cause someone to not be able to get health insurance, their medications or other resources/benefits - *(that they used to get before in another state). So "Know before You Go!"

@A myHIVteam Member if you stop there is a great possibility you will die because it may come back even worse than before and the meds you were on might no longer be effective at treating it. Don't do it. Be smart.

I have undetectable HIV. My question is... what happens if I stop taking the medication?

Soy HIV Indetectable. Mi pregunta es... que pasa si dejo de tomar el medicamento?

To tack on to the comment about Ryan white. Yes sadly DeSantis does not seem to care about us and is cutting funding. But Gilead is not helping matters they fought to stop Biktarvy from being available generic till 2036 and won. This one the most expensive drugs and probably the most commonly one prescribed.
