So what do you like to do for exercise? Gym, running, cycling, yoga etc. etc. How often do you exercise and why do you do it?

Members shared a wide variety of exercises they enjoy in response to the question about what kinds of physical activity they do, including gym workouts, walking, cycling, kayaking, hiking, resistance bands, swimming, and physical therapy. Several members described personal goals and routines, from building muscle and cutting body fat with weight training several times a week, to simply walking thousands of steps during work shifts or enjoying nature walks. A recurring theme was the importance of starting slow, listening to your body, and keeping moving despite setbacks like injuries or recovery.

I just started going to the gym a month ago. I go Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I walk a mile on the treadmill then do weights. On weekends I try to get one hike in as well.

I started injecting testosterone and human growth hormone as part of my condition but along with that I need to work out for those hormones to work and take effect. Having said that I repaired my bike and join a gym this week. My goal is to cut body fat by 7% and put on at least 10 lb of muscle. That will require at least four times a week of weight training.

That is great to hear i want to say keep up good work your goals are attainable!!!
My goal right now is to do my physical therapy. Arriving in time is issue but I may be able to get better grip on it.
But I was worked differently today so if I get the same workout I'll definitely try harder to get there on time. This workout involved some machines older style but still do the job. My goal is to have my glutes hold my back strait as they are weak now,but in time I see it and i view it. I didn't realize how weak till therapy brought it forward I'm beginning to feel stronger.
Thanks for letting me know your goals and how you are doing
