So last Week I had the shock of my life. On Friday night I couldnt charge my Phone due to an obstruction in the charging port. There was a huge Storm Saturday with 90 mph winds, so panic set in. Members chimed in on the topic of backup mobile devices, with many sharing that they keep an old phone around just in case their main device stops working. Several members described creative solutions like using a free or low-cost secondary phone from their internet or mobile provider, keeping a charged backup battery, or storing photos on a microSD card to save space. A recurring theme was trust in Amazon for purchasing devices, with one member sharing they saved 50% buying a Samsung A55 there and received it the very next day.

My internet provider made a deal I couldn't say no to. If I took a mobile phone from them at no cost my internet service would be $20 cheaper. So I do have what I refer to as my burner phone.

But for backup power I have a backup battery I keep charged up. So if I had a power outage I would use that.

I got 2 toll free numbers for us:

800-4-Julian
and mine was
800-4-Samuel

I have my old phone which still works and I still have the charger but luckily I haven't had to use it. And I do love the Samsung product and I trust amazons return policy.❤️👍

It's difficult to answer you. I have iPhone and google pixel. I usually buy from official stores. My friend usually buy phones from Amazon. He is happy with his purchases.
