I'm afraid I've taken a more holistic approach. I've been hiv + since 1995. I took meds for awhile about 7 years but my studies showed too many side affects and the destruction of vital organs. Maybe stop taking your meds for awhile and see if your dick gets hard noemally im 61 and my dick gets rock hard when I want. I'm not interested in casual sex but enjoy maturation most nights before falling asleep. Occasionally I wake up with a hard on.

IDK, Those are for getting hard, not for desire. Then there's the headache. I took a couple to see if they would help with my problem. It was nice. It didn't help me with my issue. But it was nice. But the headache ruined it.

Hi Randy I quite understand this situation.I am also 65, and been on treatment 28 years as well.. I have lost interest in meeting guys on a casual basis. I have tried Sildenifil, however it seems to leave some lingering side effects, such as a headache, so I dont take it anymore. Not everyone gets side effects from it, so it might be ok.

While Sildenafil (commonly known as Viagra) is often used to treat erectile dysfunction, it's important to discuss any changes in your medication or new treatments with your healthcare provider to ensure they are safe and effective for you.
