Members rallied around someone newly diagnosed with fatty liver, offering both practical lifestyle changes and emotional encouragement to support liver health while living with HIV. Several members shared strategies including cutting out alcohol entirely (at least temporarily), avoiding fried and sugary foods, drinking plenty of water and herbal teas like dandelion or milk thistle, and incorporating ginger and turmeric into daily routines, with one member sharing personal success using Tesamorelin injections to reduce liver fat. A recurring theme was the balance between taking care of your body through diet and detox while maintaining a positive mindset, with members emphasizing that managing health doesn't have to mean giving up joy, and that listening to your body and advocating for yourself with your doctor are key.

OMG you have a hetero liver. I have heard people becoming heterosexual but I had no idea that it could start in the liver. Mine is full on LGBT.

Brad Get you some dandelion and milk thistle supplements they're suppose to be good for the liver and kidneys. Also try making some ginger and turmeric shots to take everyday lots of water you'll be pissy 😂 but better that than a sick liver. Xo! ❤️
