No, I received a letter stating that info, I didn't ask for the service. So they sent that info for the next year in case I needed. Is the first time I get that type of letter since 2006 that I'm in the program.

Ryan white program is funded by the government. each state gets a set amount. each agency in the state gets a set amount. once the funding is used up, they can no longer pay for coverages. The government hands out the funding in October of every year, and each agency must use that funding by the following September. There have been times I needed help and my agency was out of money in April, then there have been times my agency called me in August asking if I needed help because they still had money and they had to use it or lose it. It's possible all the dental funding has been used up and you'll have to wait until October when they get more funding.
