1) Sooner or later the answer would be yes, but your viral load will be in the millions and you will have advanced HIV called AIDS. AIDS will be no picnic in the park. You will have body wasting and you'll look like a skeleton. Then you'll be bedridden and depend on everyone for everything because you'll have no strength to do anything yourself.
2) Now, if you think of stopping your medication to lose weight, then get back on meds, then get back off to lose weight again, and keep repeating that process, then your HIV will mutate and those meds will no longer work, then your back to step 1).
