Members shared mixed perspectives on whether daily vitamins truly make a noticeable difference, with some reporting clear benefits like improved energy from multivitamins and better cholesterol from fish oil, while others questioned whether supplementation is necessary for those without diagnosed deficiencies. Several members emphasized the importance of working with doctors to identify actual deficiencies through bloodwork, particularly noting that conditions like weight loss surgery or specific health concerns may require targeted supplementation such as vitamin D for immune support or B12 for those avoiding red meat. A recurring theme was that while vitamins likely help when deficiencies exist, most members agreed that getting nutrients from whole foods and sunlight when possible remains ideal, and that individual responses to supplements can vary significantly.

I think that's for general health care but if you can, don't think will do any harm for your body it's better to check with your doctor to find out, that's the best option, only my opinion🥰🥰🥰 I think you just confused yourself, you take multiple one don't need to take Vit D!!

I suppose they do help. My Dr. prescribed Vitamin D for me to take on a daily basis & I’ve been doing this fora few years now.
