Members rallied around someone whose medication was stolen from their doorstep, with the overwhelming consensus being to contact the pharmacy immediately, as they have processes in place to file insurance claims and send replacements, often via overnight delivery. Several members shared practical strategies to prevent future theft, including requiring a signature for delivery, redirecting packages to UPS or FedEx stores, or having medications sent to a local pharmacy for pickup instead of home delivery. The community expressed both empathy for the stress of the situation and relief when the member later shared that the pharmacy sent a replacement after UPS was contacted about the missing package.

For all those who ask how did this end? Well, I told them to call UPS and report what happened to the package and they were not responsible! In the end the pharmacy sent me another bottle of medicines

As others have mentioned, the pharmacy will presumably send you a replacement if you let them know about the theft. (I had it happen once with Accredo.) If you live near a UPS Store, you might be able to redirect your meds there in the future. (I used to do that.) If you're near a FedEx location but not a UPS location, your pharmacy might be willing to change the carrier for future deliveries. (I was able to do that with Accredo, and now that I'm with CVS, I can have my meds delivered to my local CVS pharmacy if I want (instead of to my home).)

Report it to your pharmacy. They will try to track it. And should replace it. I'm surprised they don't make you sign for it.
