After someone's medications were stolen from outside their building, the community rallied with helpful advice on how to recover from the stressful situation. Several members suggested calling the pharmacy right away to report the theft and request a replacement, filing a police report since stealing medications can be a serious federal crime, and contacting UPS to open a claim. A recurring theme was preventing future thefts by requiring a signature upon delivery, redirecting packages to a nearby UPS or FedEx store, or having meds sent directly to a local pharmacy, and the original poster shared that the pharmacy did send a replacement.

For all those who ask how did this end? Well, I told them to call UPS and report what happened to the package and they were not responsible! In the end the pharmacy sent me another bottle of medicines

As others have mentioned, the pharmacy will presumably send you a replacement if you let them know about the theft. (I had it happen once with Accredo.) If you live near a UPS Store, you might be able to redirect your meds there in the future. (I used to do that.) If you're near a FedEx location but not a UPS location, your pharmacy might be willing to change the carrier for future deliveries. (I was able to do that with Accredo, and now that I'm with CVS, I can have my meds delivered to my local CVS pharmacy if I want (instead of to my home).)

Report it to your pharmacy. They will try to track it. And should replace it. I'm surprised they don't make you sign for it.
