It helps.. it really depends on the two people involved.. some people meet later in life where they're just looking for company others look for friends. .... so it varies depending on the couple.

Agree, it is a healthy relationship, it is important to have a good sexual relationship but I do not think it is as important as it is believed, I believe that communication is more important
