I have the best medicare plan for over 12 years but trying to use it with low-income status and have it for your HIV medicine and care through Ryan white is a nightmare it adds more stress every month as they say they are help you but then they make you feel bad as you struggle to get your refills it has been a 10 month nightmare for me the lucky people are on medicaid all free no worries no paper all taken care of . Medicare is a nightmare punishment for those that worked lol . I wish you luck and pray the added stress with hiv does make even more sick and depressed like me every month they pay 1/2 medicine and ryan white says no worries then they make you feel bad saying they have to fig. Out how to pay with very last minute refill stressing out telling you have to have meds .it makes me sick every month and makes hiv help with meds so stressful you can't live. Good luck

From what I understand, you’re better off staying with Medicare MB and staying away from the disadvantage plans that are offered their wonderful until you need them and then they don’t play anything. On part.D you can go to the Medicare website put in the drugs that you take and find the best Plan B for your drugs in your area.

From what I can tell from my card it says (part A) for hospital (partB) is medical (part D) is my medicines but my self it's confusing I have to meet a spendown of $88.00 a month if not I have to pay it I send them 88.00 a month which I do , I have my travel down but that's every 6 months but yeah confusing I still don't get it .... I ask if I could get a burial plan they said if I do it will miss up everything I wouldn't get the benefits I'm getting now.... I'm on disability so that plays a part.... too it's damn confusing 😕
