Members reflected on a documentary chronicling HIV from 1981 to 2022, with many long-term survivors sharing they've lived with HIV for 30 to 40 years through faith, medical advances, and community support. Several members expressed concern that younger generations underestimate HIV risks, with some millennials dismissing precautions as hysteria and promoting unprotected sex, prompting calls for better education in schools and thoughtful conversations that encourage critical thinking rather than lectures. A recurring theme was gratitude for the activists and survivors who fought for today's treatments, paired with a determination to honor their legacy by staying informed, advocating for prevention like PrEP, and sharing lived experiences with compassion.

I just watched it and I think it should be run in all schools and colleges for the new generation and the old generation should watch and refresh so we never forget all we went thru back then to what it is now.

I haven’t viewed the whole thing, but from what I’ve seen, it’s well documented, but we’re far from a cure. We are making progress, I’m still here after 40 years. I thank God every day ❤️
Love, Health, and Peace Everyone!
