You neglected to say whether or not you're on medications.. if you are both on medications or Even 1 person who is positive is on medications and undetectable.... You cannot spread it!!
...please inform yourself.

The only way to spread HIV orally is if you have bleeding gums or open sores in your mouth. Even then, you BOTH would have to have this going on and BOTH be off medication. Otherwise, you can not contract HIV orally.
