Do they have you in the correct medication? Exercise is excellent. Don't worry about your weight if your numbers are good. Believe me I was depressed for a good while until I finally said my Faith will get me through this, my guess is we are paying for what we did in earth. I experimented with gay sex , many years ago. I didn't find outuntil 7 years ago. I went through surgeries and they never tested me, quite scary for others. I was devastated. Lost friends and family acts funny towards me now
I know the only way is to keep taking your meds.snd never lose your faith.
