Our subconscious roams when we enter into REM, have you lost your deep sleep, as well as your dreams?

I don't dream. Not in the literal sense, anyway (people have challenged me on this, for years). And although I may not dream while asleep, I do have dreams.

Yes. Especially if I eat late in the evening. I think I'm going into deep sleep because I've been making myself go to bed earlier and get up later.
