Your totally right about that. Are you waking up to urinate? If so try taking it a little earlier before going to bed. I notice that its easy for me to get to sleep but staying asleep is another issue. The slightest noise wakes me up after about 4 hours of deep sleep. I talked to my doctor and she gave me something to help me with this but after two days I found myself laughing at things that were not funny at work so I decided not to take it anymore. I could see myself getting into trouble real fast at work. LOL
