@A myHIVteam Member, i took my hiv meds every other day for three years and stayed undetectable. I was following a European study (which 6 years later is still going on) where its showing you can take your meds 4 days on and 3 days off and still be suppressed. I am now on the bimonthly cabenuva shots.

I am 30 plus years positive, and every doctor I have ever seen for my HIV, and every med that I have tried, has said it doesn't matter when you take your meds, but take them at the same time every day.
I take mine at 11:00 a.m. daily and have a reminder on my Microsoft to do app to remind me to do so.
