Exercise is my outlet. I work out about an hour every day. It really helps. Keep my mind off of crazy things.

my job as a lecturer and pastor in my country could not allow me to have lots of time to think about my condition especially because i never got sick as such. i also followed the diet out clinician advised us and this helped in stoping the nausea in the first few days of ARVs. I also prayed and did aerobics. within six months, there was no nausea and my life went on normally. for those who are starting, please know that those side effects will eventuallly go and have positive attitude

I learned to recognize the symptoms. So, I distract myself with exercise, house work, and travel. When exhaustion kicks in I rest, relax, play games and molest my husband. He doesn’t mind, really…😜
