Members shared their New Year's Eve dinner plans with enthusiasm, ranging from simple comfort foods like leftovers and hot dogs to festive spreads featuring lobster, crab legs, pot roast, and barbecued ribs. Several members highlighted traditional New Year's foods, particularly black-eyed peas cooked with rice, collard greens, and cornbread, while others described creative homemade dishes like cabbage rolls with grass-fed beef and garden-fresh tomato sauce. A recurring theme was gratitude for food and family, with members celebrating togetherness whether dining in by the fire or sharing potluck meals with friends and neighbors.

I made Cabbage rolls stuffed with grass fed and finished beef from a steer named Friendly. Topped with garden fresh tomato sauce grown on the ranch then fried up some black eye patties! And made a sweet and sour dipping sauce from raw unfiltered honey from our hives!
I'm so happy I made it all yesterday for today. After staying up till 2am around a fire ring
🤣with neighbors and friends. There's no way I could have cooked today.

And @A myHIVteam Member all so natural! Processed foods are a big problem. You are eating the opposite. Fresh foods from the farm. Can't beat it! Your body thanks you. 🤠
