Sometime HIV will make feel real bad sometimes

yes I have fair days and some really ruff ones. HIV alters your ability to deal with infections, and colds and stuff that haooens regularly to the body. I worry that it will allow Dementia to take hold or that cancers can come back as I have already dealt with that beast.
