Can Anyone Tell Me What I Could Do To Get More Energy.

There's a few things that could be at play here. The first is this could actually be a sign of clinical depression. It could also be caused by some sort of imbalance in your blood work, which could be corrected in any number of ways, depending on what it is. Another possibility is it could have to do with the quality of sleep that you get due to something like sleep apnea, especially if you're not a "stick figure silicone Barbie doll" (to quote Meghan Trainor).

All of these things would require at the very least your GP/MD, but could even require the assistance of your ID. It would really be best to talk to them about it to see if they can rule out any of these things and narrow down on the cause so that they could potentially offer a solution.

That is something I'd talk to my ID and primary care teams about first I'm sure they have lots of tips. I've been in the same boat and I over came. I'm praying you find the answers your looking for
