I eat a plant based diet no soda are alcohol just water and unsweetened tea I work out 5 days aweek

Yeah I know exactly what you mean , I have switched to a plant based diet ,exercise 5 days a week walk 4 miles a day nothing helps with the stomach

I usally put on music video and it seems to help me , other wise I have the same problem with motivation,we just have to keep at it

75 years young. Lots of sit-ups, trunk twists, decent diet. I practice yoga of all types (yin, barkan, 26+2, etc.) at a studio for flexibility at least 2 to 3 times weekly. Practice with weights at home to maintain muscle mass. My goal is to stay healthy and flexible while aging. Be aware that the body changes (and so does the mind at this age).

I do. But I'm only 48. I'm having a lot of trouble getting a six pack. I had to loose a lot of weight.
