Talk to your doctor. Anything else is a guess. Not all of our health issues are caused by HIV, but HIV likely impacts all health issues. I would not let an ongoing cough go unaddressed.

I would encourage you to ALWAYS keep your health care professional updated on ANY symptoms you may be having... no matter what the cause may or may not be. I know people who abuse drugs and have HIV and they STILL keep their Dr's up to date on changes to their bodies. It's hard to tell what is HIV related or age related. There are things your Dr can do to find out the cause.
