One has to be careful with any diet or changes in your eating habits. People with HIV have to learn what is good for their bodies due to their own condition. Sometimes it's not good to lose too much weight or gain too much. Ask your doctor for advice and check your blood work for any changes.

Not sure. But I do I gotta get my fat ass into gear. I eat like a horse on dovato. Could be the weed doing it to me as well 🙃

I haven't tried keto, but I've had success with intermittent fasting. I was going to try that next if the fasting didn't work. A lot of people do IF and Keto together. I've been doing research about insulin resistance and HIV and how that leads to weight gain and then diabetes. Intermittent fasting or keto made sense with everything I was experiencing in my weight loss journey. And had removed a lot of belly fat.

Honey all I can say is my man was 350 lb when I met him and he's now 240. No diets, nothing intense, just good old-fashioned discipline, good food and exercise. Lot of hugs.🤗

I am however drinking green tea. The special type. That has added benefits. For the rest of the day. I will be drinking water!
