Members shared a range of strategies for dealing with insomnia, a common struggle in the community. Several members mentioned prescribed medications like trazodone, melatonin, Ambien, and gabapentin, while others found relief through magnesium supplements, Benadryl, or marijuana, and one member offered a creative tip of listening to BBC radio plays or audiobooks to fall asleep quickly. A recurring theme was the importance of being mindful of medication dependence, with warm encouragement reminding those affected that they are not alone in this challenge.

I tried melatonin but it doesn't work so benadryl. I'm not sleeping at all these days. 🤨
