I use medical marijuana. I had been taking more Valium than I was comfortable with for anxiety. With my vape pen handy to take the edge off, I haven’t taken Valium in a long time. Other benefits are more open to opinion, but for me this is a measurable benefit.

I don't smoke it because it bothers my breathing. But the gummies help tremendously

Not unless I desperately have to I know it would help me with my sleep my mom used to give me a few puffs and I would fall asleep until 3 weeks
