Not really that concerned about it, although the vaccine for it is out there, I opt to not take it. I do not expose myself to any risk associated with catching it. As of this writing, there are 11 confirmed cases of monkeypox in Hawaii.
There are 1.46 million people living in Hawaii and counting. My fear of monkeypox does not exist.

No, got vaxxed twice already, as recommended. I was bothered by the state's (VA) hesitancy to start vaxxing, though. When they sent out a questionnaire to determine "level of interest" in getting the vaccine I let them have it with both barrels, saying I knew people in NYC, DC, AZ, SD, SF were lining up outside clinics for months already, WTF was the hold up?
They responded with an appt time that Friday.
Sometimes it pays to be the squeaky wheel.😉
