Acceptance is our biggest challenge! Being Black Heterosexual and a married Seroconcordant Couple (Both of us living with HIV). we are questioned about why or how are we still together and if I'm on the DL (Down Low) and how could my wife stay with me knowing I'm secretly sleeping with men . This comes from both sides of the HIV Community both straight and gay people living with HIV and those in the medical field and those allies scientist ,Pharmacy reps, conference speakers , etc.... that claim to be educated fighting for people living with HIV . They all believe it is no way we should be together .

My biggest challenge is trying to sleep get enough sleep or go to sleep I'm not able to really get enough sleep. And also skin issues I have a lot of skin Issues.

After 35 years, I still find it difficult to hold on to hope. I don't take a day for granted. I appreciate every minute I'm here.

My biggest challenge is not to be able to date. In my country if you tell someone that youre HIV positive they start to look at you as a killing machine. And these headachies hope they can stop and even worrys. Im a worrying person so i worry all the time about certain things in life.
