I became ill with flu-like symptoms on 11/11/2022. On 11/17/2022, I broke out with sores over my entire body. During an ER visit on 11/20/2022 they cultured the spots and the results came back positive for Monkeypox on 11/20/2022. Currently, 11/30/2022, most of the sores are dried and many have dropped off leaving a residual red spot. New skin has yet to form over the scab area.
