Hi im looking for some technical help:
I access the website/ app on my iPhone and tablet.
I can only access it on my iPhone when Im connected to the Wi-Fi and not when I’m away from the house on cellular data. Same with myHIVteam app. Will not work with cellular internet.
I don’t have myHIVteam blocked and I don’t have VPN.
So when I am away from home I can’t connect to myHIVteam.
Any tech people with any ideas how to fix this issue?
Below is screenshot of what i see on my phone.

Members rallied to help someone troubleshoot their inability to access myHIVteam on cellular data, offering practical suggestions including restarting the phone, toggling mobile data settings, verifying app permissions, switching browsers, and visiting their carrier's store for hands-on support. Several members shared their own technical frustrations with the platform, including wonky web portal behavior and lost account access, while others provided step-by-step Android setup instructions and emphasized the importance of ensuring mobile data is enabled for the specific app. Despite two hours at the Apple store and multiple troubleshooting attempts, the issue persisted, leading members to recommend contacting myHIVteam's technical support directly through a help ticket as the next best step.

Hav u tried to restart ur Phone? Turn Off wifi wen ur out n about bcuz sumtimz its too busy trying to access wifi along the way that it blocks out cellular signal. If all else fails contact Apple Tech Support or Talk to support with ur phone carrier. Depending on ur carrier it cud b a cellular service issue. Process of elimination first.
Restart
Turn off Wifi
Cellular Provider Support
Apple Tech Support (most of the time u hav to purchase extra support service contract with Apple which is insanely expensive which is y i wont do Apple products. Without support contract or paying for support ur screwed n end up havn to file an insurance claim n send the phone in then ur without a phone til theyre dun. I stick to Android Products and wont even buy and Apple Products.)
just an fyi. u hav to follow the steps above in that order bcuz they will ask.

If you're not comfortable with doing it yourself and don't want to mess up anything, let the phone store do it for you. Hope this helps.

Make sure mobile data toggle is on, and prefered network is set to global. Roaming up to you. If you get charged for roaming, leave it off, if you don't leave it on.
