I got a cold a month ago and it only lasted about 36 hours and just recently I got a slight cut on my finger and it stopped bleeding in around 10 minutes. What does this mean for my immune system. I do recover from sight illnesses quickly.

Members responded to someone asking what their quick recovery from a cold and normal wound healing might mean for their immune system, with most offering reassurance that these signs suggest a healthy immune response. Several members shared practical advice, including taking Ester-C immune tablets for prevention, noting that prolonged bleeding can sometimes indicate low platelet counts rather than immune issues, and emphasizing that changes with HIV happen slowly when on medication. A recurring theme was patience and encouragement, with members reminding the original poster not to worry excessively and to wait for their upcoming blood test results for a clearer picture.

I had liver disease and it stopped functioning in 2011 to the point I had to stop all meds until my t cells were at 340. But the liver regenerate and milk thistle helped. We can't take it with meds tho so be careful.

Don't worry too much. If you're on medication, nothing happens very fast with HIV.
