@A myHIVteam Member you may have read what I posted wrong. That is what I said. The story says people with controlled HIV are not anymore at risk than people who are not HIV+

Sorry but HIV persons with controled HIV and a CD4 above 200 are not at a higher risk but are stil at risk if they come in contact directly with an infected person. Note they can still contract it it is just no more dehilbating to them than the normal population. IE: However, people with HIV who are on antiretroviral treatment with viral suppression and a CD4 count above 200 β€œare not at any particular risk of becoming significantly more unwell,” Dr Claire Dewsnap, president of the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV, said during a 23 May aidsmapCHAT. I just had 45 minute zoom meeting with the Hospice care team because you can become infected from clothing and/or linen!

@A myHIVteam Member Sorry I just read it to fast and Hospice just required that we attend a 45 minute zoom meeting on Monkey pox and other diseases that can be transmitted by clothing and linens and they were very clear that the treatment team would advise of possible risks before we go any patient's home. Sorry again πŸ˜”.
