The weather is colder, days are shorter and some have seasonal depression. In my case, I’m in a funk and trying to shake it off.
I go through seasonal depression. I just got out of the worst depression and I learned something. People have no idea what we go through with depression and they don't care. This is the time to focus on you and don't worry about other people. Spoil yourself for a change until you get through it when you come out of it rejoice you are a great person celebrate that
Ahh Lotus I’m right there with you sister. I stopped pursuing it a long time ago because it feels that the more I search for it the farther it goes away from my grasp. For me my hikes and workouts help change my emotional and mental health. Sometimes you just have to cry it out and now I’m just blunt with what’s bothering me. I think I am seen such a strong and positive woman that a lot look to me for guidance. Sometimes I wished I had the same support I give others. I cry it out and let it out then I just keep going. Hugs to you sister you’re definitely not alone in this funk.

I would go tanning twice a week it will do these things 1 you will get Vitamin D. 2 you will feel better because of the light remember not to burn. burning bad tanning good.
